NCPRF Disclaimer: Please Be Advised

Please carefully read the disclaimer below before proceeding. It contains important information, limitations, and exclusions that may be relevant to you.

  1. Course Content and Affiliations: Our accredited certification coursework complies, where applicable and within the scope of our offerings, with the guidelines of AHA®/ECC, ILCOR, and OSHA. It focuses on general practices, does not mirror another provider’s curriculum, and does not cover every possible topic related to CPR, first aid, and bloodborne pathogens. Additionally, we are not directly affiliated with or endorsed by these entities. Our courses are developed based on our interpretation of their guidelines.
  2. Nature of Training: Our coursework is based on the ILCOR and AHA®/ECC scientific guidelines. Completion of the training is required, and our assessment evaluates the knowledge gained from the coursework.
  3. Limitations of Our Training: Although we provide adequate training to render aid, a hands-on component may be required for certain workplaces.
  4. Industry Requirements: While online training is an acceptable training format, certain industries or situations in which a medical facility is not easily accessible may require hands-on training. It is important to understand the requirements of your profession or industry. Compliance is generally determined at the worksite level.
  5. Communication Responsibility: It is the employer’s responsibility to inform employees of specific training requirements. As a training provider, we offer training but do not establish organizational training policies. Employees should verify with their employers whether our courses apply to their specific industry and whether they are accepted by their employer or licensing board.
  6. Importance of Bystander Intervention: Our objective is to provide comprehensive training. However, it is important to recognize that providing aid, even imperfectly, is generally preferable to not providing aid at all. We emphasize the importance of prompt action in emergencies.
  7. Continual Updates: The field of resuscitation and emergency care is constantly evolving. We are committed to updating our courses generally in 5-year cycles. While we strive to keep the information current and accurate for general practices, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the website or the information, grammar, products, services, or related media contained on the website for any purpose.
  8. Hard Card: Hard wallet cards are provided free of charge at our discretion, shipped via USPS within 24–48 hours, and typically arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping. If any issues arise, please contact us.

By proceeding with our service, you acknowledge and understand the scope and limitations of the training we provide. This disclaimer is subject to change at any time.  For additional information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
