I appreciate the quickness of this exam for those of us who have previously been CPR/First Aid and AED certified. But I felt this course was all over the place and inconsistent. The instructions were really vague in all categories, there were many spelling errors and the exam is a joke. I don't think people who have never been certified should take this course due to these factors. Thank you.

It would be helpful to put how to help someone having s seizure, for example, putting them in the recovery position and what it is. It would minimize the risk for the person.
