This course was far better than any I've ever taken (all of which were in person)---Red Cross should take serious tips from it. It addresses the matter of those of us who have not overcome lack of confidence in the past, fear of not remembering the details under pressure. It clarifies the Good Samaritan laws and the "duty to act" and advises importantly that at least chest compressions should be performed and that studies have shown that these can be as effective as CPR. These things helped me for the first time feel that if the need should arise I would definitely give it my best effort in hopes of a good outcome and I actually took a great deal of time and copious notes making sure I can retain the information. Thank you for creating a really brilliant course. Maybe b/c I could take all the time I needed and maybe b/c I was not distracted by the physical factors of a physical course and the personality of the presenter, however excellent, experienced, dedicated and even entertaining, I think I ultimately learn some things best alone--this course really drove this home for me. Very Good Course.
