I appreciated the informative, direct and easy to follow lessons. I also appreciate the pdf verion which means I can review or access the information in the furture. This makes it so practical and demonstrates your mission to train and equip without breaking the bank. As a school teacher we need to refresh regularly but do not need to retake the class repeatedly. Much appreciated. I was also relieved to read the information rather than work througha series of videos.

I really like that you can skip ahead to exam. I have done the course so many times through my work but because of Covid we weren't able to do our in person cert. I have a toddler who keeps me very busy, so being able to skip ahead to exam was very helpful. Thank you.
