Easy to do and inexpensive! And it’s just as good, if not better, than the trainings I had through Red Cross and American Heart Association. With them it was a ton of repetition and way over-priced! Thank you!

The first page literally says CPR no longer requires mouth to mouth and then the rest tells you how to do mouth to mouth. The second page also literally says "do not take a pulse."
