Right away I was able out my certificate but as your promise I didn't receive anything by mail although I received confirmation email for shipment. It's strange there is no tracking number and I email to customer support they didn't respond to me.

There are a significant number of typo errors in every section of this training that it is actually distracting from the learning process because I had to go back and re-read multiple sections to be sure I was understanding what it was trying to say (which was not always what it actually said.)

I thought the questions were tasteful; however, the 96 total points is misleading next to the 100% grade. I spent far to long rechecking questions to ensure that I had obtained proper training to help assist those around me in distress. I feel like if this was fixed, it would improve the total all around customer experience.
