Please define all abbreviated terms within the text one time before abbreviating (English 101) . For instance , you wrote AHA without explaining what it means, I had to look it up elsewhere, it means American Heart Association. Also, last year in Los Angeles, CA USA, an Attorney died inside the courtroom before a Judge, before a Medical Doctor, before fellow Attorneys and some public because everyone present did not dare chance being sued by the sick man's family for administering CPR- not one of all those present knew of the "Good Samaritan Law", which you wrote provides legal protection; the EMS arrived too late.

This course was extremely easy to learn from. Each topic was clear in understanding and not too long to become boring. It was quick and easy to complete. The only recommendation I have is to make the exam questions more detailed. For example, the response on whether or not to call EMS prior to performing CPR depends upon whether or not you witnessed the adult/child fall. If you witness the fall, then YES, we are to activate EMS immediately. If we did not see them fall and come upon them already unresponsive, then we are to perform CPR for two minutes prior to calling EMS, if there is only one rescuer and no one else is available to activate EMS. Other than that, I highly will be recommending this course.
