Thanks, everything went very smoothly, and the test was very easy. I was a bit confused by some of the text such as "clean the wound but avoid the injury." Isn't the wound the injury? Also some paragraphs such as those for "Treatment" might be better as bullet points? Easier to remember, more visual and stick in the brain. I have the urge to rewrite some of it and send it to you, however the mission was accomplished as i learned the info and passed the test. Thank you for all your hard work in making this available. In the question below "How did you hear about us?" the option of something like "needed it for a job" or "referred by an employer" should be added.
