The lecture is great but I think adding a visual video will be a great help too.

So convenient to complete BLS license in the safety of my home and on my time availability. This course has more information than regular CPR class I have attended and I'm so pleased with it as I was reading every topics. I have learned a lot!

Wonderful job

Instructions were clear and concise albeit brief. I would recommend this as a refresher course only. First time CPR/First Aid certificate seekers should take an in-person lesson and exam to fully grasp concepts and best practices.

The course got 2 stars because it was easy and affordable. But for someone like me, who actually wanted to learn something, it was not good at all. The videos were silent and not labeled as to what they were showing. At one point the instructions said for a person who was electrocuted I should do CPR and THEN turn off the power source and clear electrical lines. Were I to do those steps in that order, I would get electrocuted also. The course regularly instructed me to "Activate the Emergency RESPONSE SYSTEM", "Activate the Emergency RESPONSE PLAN", and "Activate the Emergency MEDICAL SYSTEM". I'm still not sure what these different terms exactly mean from the content of the course, but my guess is that all these different terms refer to the same thing, and that it means call 911. Overall, I had hoped to feel more confident as a first aid provider after the course, and I don't.
