Several typos in your lecture. "than" instead of "then". Also, one should NOT clear the nose in a patient with nosebleeds. Just apply pressure until the bleeding has stopped and then don't disturb the nose. Clearing the nose will cause the new clot to dislodge and the bleeding will start again.
