Barely any information, included acronyms throughout without explaining what they meant, lots of typos, even one of the exam questions was wrong! The one on head injury. The information said most head injuries are minor, yet the exam answer was to always call 911 when there was a head injury. WHAT A GARBAGE COURSE. But I suppose for $14.95, what do you expect. I need my certification ASAP and with COVID have to do it online, so got it done at least. Could seriously use a proofreader for your website though....
