While it was VERY simple, fast and easy, it was almost too convenient. I have always done in person CPR/AED/First Aid and they are several hours long. The convenience of this was great but I do feel that, if for the person with no background experience or training like myself, it would not be sufficient if learning the information needed to potentially save someone's life.
