Information is presented very confusingly. The same information is regurgitated three times for the adult, child, and infant cases, and it was up to me to spot the differences between them to figure out what's actually different when administering CPR to a child or infant. The material also introduced many terms that were never explained, like "advanced airway", or that weren't explained until later in the course. Some of the information was presented in a very terse bullet point format with no explanation, such as the section about opioids.

I found it easy to use however checkout was a little more trouble and the fact you think your only paying $12.95 but because you have to use PayPal it was over $20 so no savings at all
