I really appreciated having the modules in print because I am hearing impaired and was afraid I would have to watch some animated video where the closed captioning does not keep pace with the presentation. Poor english, many terms and abbreviations not defined, numerous misspellings, terrible mechanics and use of punctuation. Overall it is so distracting that much of the message is lost, and I believe in some cases even misleading. At best, this is "awareness level training."
