This was a REALLY good refresher course for someone who hasn't had a need to be certified in a lot of years, as well as an up-to-date set of guidelines as medical treatments seem to be FOREVER changing and updating!

The question if patient is unconscious/unresponsive is misleading because a patient could have extremely low blood glucose and not need CPR which could break ribs, when all they needed was D25 as Healthcare Providers we can do that.
