My whole tattoo shop took your Blood Rome Pathogens Certification, 8 of us and paid $80 which originally seemed cheap,, to find out later that our SF health department doesn’t accept them and now we have to pay again for a different more complex and more expensive one. Wish you could refund us, please! Xxx
