Standard - CPR / AED
I had anxiety to know that I had to take this exam. However, the information was presented in plain English for anyone to understand. Also, the videos were very helpful. After studying the information and reviewing the videos, I was anxiety-free when taking the exam. Thank you.

Healthcare - CPR / AED
The questions regarding when to perform or stop performing CPR are unclear. I believe they should say, respectively, 1) Stop performing CPR when EMS takes over and 2) A person who is unconscious or unresponsive and has no pulse or is not breathing. Thank you.
