Lost of grammar and spelling issues through the process, and I'm unclear about what to do is some of the situations, but I passed and got my certificate, and it was inexpensive, so I'm happy. I'll look online for the answers to the questions I still have.

Your training and summary was helpful. Before I took the this online class and exam, I concerned a lot in case I could be too slow to follow the lesson or fail the exam. I even concerned if the exam time is limited time or very tricky questions for someone like me who use English as second language. The questions were so brief and easy! Thank you for making it easy.
