I have taken this every 2 years for over 25 years and I know things change from time to time, but I don't think I need to spend an entire day every 2 years renewing it, especially on a busy schedule! With the shut down Red Cross was also delaying certification, because you had to do it in person. Thank you for making it so simple and accessible. It is greatly appreciated!!!!
