very easy to navigate and learn and refresh my CPR skills, thank you for making it a pleasant experience. The only thing was I am very detailed and the question with the compression said how many compressions and it is 30 and your answer was 100-120 which should have been written as rate instead of compressions so I got that one wrong otherwise I would have had a perfect score I am a Registered Nurse so I am a lot more detailed with my questions so you may want to change the wording of that question so others won't get that one wrong if you please Thank you overall, I appreciated the ease of this course

This test was way too easy, the information was vague. It seemed like it was just a "going through the motions" way to get my certificate. Yes, I've taken a First Aid/CPR class at least 20 times... but.... if someone was taking this for the first time or early in career, I'd be scared if this was the information they got. Your recommendation to give a pain reliever seems scary. No mention that maybe the person could be in shock and shouldn't take it. Both my husband and I have bad reactions to Advil, my husband is allergic. That part scared me. Also, the last AHA class stressed not to do rescue breathing. Your instructions are vague. You could, you don't need to... what? Why? Huh? Dress an open wound, sometimes don't... what? how do I asses? I had many of these wonderings when I read through it and I was glad to know I have knowledge beyond this test. I am going to recommend that our agency does not promote renewing this way.
