CPR explanations are pretty clear, but the rest of the course is clearly neglected. Many instances of grammatical/vocabulary errors unbecoming of a professional medical training program. Also, some instances of contradictory information in different segments about the same sort of injury. Several highly technical medical terms used without any explanation or definition, making the course difficult to fully understand for the average person. There were also several instances of instructions lacking in detail - for example, we are told multiple times to "apply pressure" in the case of a nosebleed, but not how to effectively do so. For people who do not frequently deal with nosebleeds, such as myself, that is not common knowledge. Do you pinch the nose? Where? I'm guessing you don't just put your hand across it and push in the same way that you would apply pressure to a laceration, since that would seemingly do more harm to the nose and not really compress anything unless you broke the nose enough to really flatten it, but maybe there is some way to do it like that? (This was just one example, the one which stood out the most to my memory.)
