Great service I would give 5 stars but I think the test should be a little more thorough maybe 20 questions and at least 80% to pass just to make sure most of the info is being learned.

This course is convenient for anyone who is renewing a certification. I would not suggest that anyone who has not previously taken the course in person use this to become certified as it does not give the practical hands-on teaching experience necessary to truly be able to perform the functions. As I have taken the course in person multiple times, I was very happy to have this option for renewal.

Great way to renew a CPR/ AED certification! Clear information, easy to follow outline of exactly what you need to know and do. If this is your first certification I would do an in person class for the visuals and to understand how deep 2 inches really is for compressions.
