I have been certified many times. This was a great refresher course, highlighting all of the essentials. I even learned some new information. The segments on burns and hemorrhages (if I am remembering the sections correctly) each have some significant typos. They need to be edited.

Thank you for clear and concise points. It was a good review. Not the same as in-person, but everything is different this year with COVID. It took 3 times entering my card, as it kept saying invalid card. But all-in-all good experience. Glad I added the First-Aid too.
