Don't want to hurt anyone's feelings, but there is MUCH opportunity for improvement in this course. I copied/pasted (onto a Word document) all confusing, misleading, and/or incorrect information every time I encountered it, and the content filled a whole page. Yikes! Lots of work to be done to improve the quality of this training. And the narrative sometimes addresses both employers and employees simultaneously in a way that doesn't make sense. Even the test has ambiguous questions and faulty answers. It's pretty obvious that English is a second language to the person who designed this course. Some help from a second pair of eyes is needed.

This is my second time using this company for my online training. The course was very informative and the test was quick. They also provide videos to view before your test. I’m very pleased with this way of obtaining my credentials. I recommend this test to anyone who does not feel comfortable sitting in an in person class.
