Was tripped up a little by the head injury question. It asked "If a patient undergoes a head injury you should call 911 immediately. True or False" And the correct answer on the test was True, but in the reading the head injury section started with "Head Injuries usually result in minor bruises or bumps". The question in the exam did not give any indication of the things described in the "call 911 if" part, so that threw me off.

This was a very comprehensive training. I appreciate that there were videos of CPR being performed as this was an online only course. For people who haven't experienced the hands-on practice that is usually part of CPR classes, I would normally recommend that you go in person as you'll get more from the hands-on portion than you will from watching a video, however due to the pandemic, this is a great option in the meantime or for people who just need a refresher.
