Instruction was mostly script-based and full punctuation errors and misused words (like someone dictated the script and voice-to-text got the word wrong). In addition, the script was also poorly organized and had some words and concepts that were missing explanations needed for entry-level students. The videos that were available had no sound to aid in clarifying the life-saving procedures we were supposed to be learning.
