Quick and painless was searching around to get certified alot of options had to do hands on that was gonna make it hard of when I would be able to do it and pointless because I have already done the hands on when I got certified threw red cross but that was some years ago so needed to recertify for a new job opportunity. Quick & easy for someone who has been through the course multiple times. Would recommend if your card expired, but a first timer should go through a class so they can experience the Scenarios of AED, Chest compressions and splinting.
