The information wasn't presented in a clear or concise manner. The sentences didn't use proper English and some didn't really make sense. The videos were unclear as to what they were supposed to be demonstrating and many didn't explain the actual process being shown. A lot of the terminology also wasn't explained. I understand it's a free online course but the execution is really just awful.

There was one thing that was not clear on using the AED on infant. It said, "if the two pads are touching, use one pad on the back." it is not clear if it is one pad on the chest and one on the back. I assume it is one on front and one on back so that it completes a circuit when shocking.
