I was told by my employer that these certificates were not approved for our state health care workers certification. I emailed support asking about a refund and have not heard anything. So I am out double the money to get state approved certificates since these are not accredited by AHA or Red Cross. Will not recommend to others and highly offended that my message was ignored.
