Quick and painless, although I think they should add the ID card as part of the certification instead of offering it as an added expense but still a good way to certify or in my case re-certify. I would recommend this course.

The course was great. All the manikins were practiced on were in great condition and we were all individually rated on performance with great feedback on ways to improve. The instructor really ensured we all had proper technique to save life if we ever had too.
