I think this is a great program for recertification, and it should be mentioned in the course. I have taken CPR/First Aid twice, and my certification was expired, and I am becoming a certified Doula and Childbirth Educator, so I needed CPR or BLS certification, so and this was very convenient for that. Although, if I was someone with no prior knowledge of CPR and first aid, I do not believe I would be fully equipped to perform CPR or First Aid. During this lockdown situation, online classes are vital, so I am very thankful that this is an option.

Example videos lack sound, which may have been more helpful if there were instructions spoken. Otherwise, solid course.

There's no way this tutorial can properly prepare someone for any of these emergencies - a skill test should be added in order to receive a certificate. Videos not very good and I could not access the audio. I feel like I have a useless certificate. Not sure how the American Heart Assoc can be affiliated.
