CPR / AED / First-Aid
I don't feel that you did a good job explaining the content. There were lots of instances where you gave conflicting information or told the reader to take action "if necessary" without ever explaining when that might be necessary. Thankfully I've been certified in First Aid and CPR before, so I was able to gather the relevant refreshers that I needed, but I fear that a new First Aider would be liable or at risk after certifying themselves using your course.
