In the most polite way possible, the information could use a good proofreader. There are lots of typos, grammatical errors and sentences that don't give complete information (for dehydration, there's a mention of 5-8%, but it doesn't say what should be at that percentage). Again, I don't mean to be rude; it's just a suggestion!!
