For a life-saving class, I felt the assessment was not very rigorous, perhaps too easy to validate that someone is trained, but since I have previous training I feel justified well enough with my certification.

I found the program to be user friendly. When discussing seizures, epilepsy was not mentioned. On the topic of a concussion, rest was recommended. It was not mentioned that sleep should be avoided until a caregiver has the opportunity to evaluate. None of the videos had any sound.
