The video clips used had no audio making it hard to follow at times due to not knowing the situation of the presented clip. Also hand Placement in certain portions were not explaied well and i had to reread things multiple times to make sure i understood. Other than that this did have some very good information.

I feel that the test should have been more thorough if the thought process is to save lives. 10 questions I feel are not enough, and does not demonstrate competency. That being said, I was previously CPR/first aid qualified, and the material herein covered what I knew and served my purposes for acquiring a certificate to continue my work. Thank you for having this available. Also, please have someone re-screen the grammar with in the context. Thanks again.
