The course itself was very good and comprehensive. It was nice to be able to recertify even without reviewing course material if I wanted to go that route or needed to save time. However, the quiz at the end seemed a bit inadequate to address competency. It didn't seem as comprehensive as it should be considering the seriousness of the subject matter. It would make me nervous knowing that someone caring for others (whether that be a physician, childcare worker, nurse/nurse's aid, etc.) could just take the easy quiz and be certified especially knowing you could bypass the actual course material. I liked that you could review the course material before deciding to use this website for re-certification.
