Would not recommend if you work at a hospital. Certain institutions do not accept online only certifications. The supposed guaranteed money back is not true. The steps are to contact them with your email address to receive a refund but the contact us page does not work. How are you supposed to contact them that the contact us link does not work? Not recommended.

I passed the BLS and Bloodborne pathogens and paid to receive copies by mail. I have not received them yet. Can you tell me when I will receive those and the CPR/AED/First Aid I also passed 5 minutes ago? I understand shipping may be delayed. However I need the certificates as soon as possible. I need them for my job.
