The literature and everything was very helpful and informative, the instructors were very patient and made sure that everyone understood before they moved on to the next subject , very hands on so that you understand where to place your hands and what position to place them as well from adult down to infant. I enjoyed the class and look forward to the next class when I need to renew .

Last Question on the test seemed off. Did not specify if rescuer had witnessed the individual collapse or not which would indicate whether or not you would call 911 first or start c-a-b first.
