Not approved by my employer based on wording on certificate. Tried to reach out to national cpr. No phone number to call and also unable to send a service request online. Don’t use this company. I did only to get my certification renewed quickly due to covid. Only cost less then $13. But no customer service available. You get what you paid for which in my case was nothing. Go somewhere else.
