I initially took this test yesterday and passed and paid the fee but never received a certificate. I inquired through the email support and was told they had no record of it. I sent a reply and attached my transaction for where I paid the fee. Unfortunately, my expiration date is today and I need the certificate for work so I had to do it again today including paying again. I did get the certificate today but I had to pay the full price and not the discounted price I had gotten yesterday. I know it only amounts to less than two dollars off but right is right. And, interestingly enough when I went to pay today, all of my information was already there further proving that I had already done it. Will take this into consideration when renewing again.
