The descriptions were often confusing, there were a lot of typos, and unnecessarily technical terms were used without being defined. There is also a mistake on the test - the course says that most head injuries are minor, but the test says to call 911 in the case of any head injury. The most troublesome thing is that the course only said to call 911 in case of stroke when the person is unresponsive, but 911 should always be called as quickly as possible when a stroke is suspected, regardless of whether the person is responsive, as getting help quickly makes a huge difference in how fully the person can recover.
