I took the CPR/AED/First Aid class. The information is ... not easy to understand and not very comprehensive. There are an incredible amount of typos and poorly worded/thought out sentences. You guys should have an editor give this a once over. In addition, the course frequently made use of the phrase "follow universal precautions" without ever defining what "universal precautions" were. This is not a class for someone who has never taken a CPR/First Aid Class before. I'm afraid it will only lead people to be more confused about what to do in an emergency.
