Overall, the site was easy to use. The course was good, though there were a lot of spelling errors, and some info seemed short/missing. The videos were not of great quality, and most had no sound to them. I liked the way you had the outlines at the end of each section, for easy, quick review. On the actual test, the 1 question I got wrong... about performing CPR once the EMS arrived... I felt it was a bit "tricky", as my understanding is that you keep performing CPR until you are told to quit, and they take over. Maybe I was being too litteral about the question of them "arriving", and not yet, actually taking over!

The videos were not always clear and there was one at the beginning depicting someone giving an infant chest compressions but the knees and feet of the baby were on backwards. There was no volume or verbal instructions. I have gone through real life CPR classes and if I had not been I would have been very confused. Raise your standards please!
