Right now we can't do in person CPR and it's being passed by many institutions that aren't medical to not have to do it for now but people who do this for the first time it should be recommended to them.

This was a good overview. Only doctors pack for nosebleeds. According to research Ice should not be applied directly to eyes. No NSAIDS (Ibuprofen) should be given with head injury. Please put DO NOT MOVE in caps for spine injury. Place on the left side, it is the recovery position. Thanks this was helpful.

It was informative and easy to understand. Tip: with the videos demonstrating the CPR (choking, compressions, etc.) functions have a narrator voice over it explaining what is happening and how to do it.
