Numerous times I tried to send an email to no avail. The organization needs a phone number for people to call with questions. I found it disturbing that the course recommends that a First Aid have latex gloves. There are many people allergic to latex, myself included. It would not be safe for someone to use latex gloves with me if I was in need of medical care. For some the allergy is deadly. The item needs to be re-written as, 'non-latex gloves.' In the course it reads that not all head injuries require emergency care, yet the quiz expects the answer to the question about head injuries to be 'always call 911.' Unresponsive needs to be defined. I understood it as someone cannot speak. Yet the quiz indicates it means no pulse or breathing.
