While I feel the course contained all the necessary information, it could have been better organized in how it gave that information. I wish that it had more of a step by step explanation of how to approach situations rather than random bullet points of information, using language like first and then, showing chronology. I would have liked for there to maybe have given hypothetical situations and then laid out appropriate responses to those situations, that would have made it more understandable. I also wish it had definitions of more words and more videos.
