Quite educational, particularly with the video demonstrations. Inexpensive and prompt shipping of the card. It was also great, that the certificate and wallet size cards are printable, especially while waiting on the cards to arrive.

I think that there should be many more questions on the exam to make sure the recipients are knowledgeable on how to perform CPR and First aid. Also, it should be made mandatory to read all information before being able to take the test.
