Your exam feels fake and not real. The wording is too vague and unclear. I'd like to see scenario-based questions over the one line questions you have now. Get people thinking. Anyone can pass this test without ever having prior CPR/First Aid knowledge just buy repeat attempts. There's no way to prove the identity of the taker. How is this good for creditability? There's no pool of questions to draw from providing a different test experience each time. A mask should be used always, if no mask some form of barrier. Do minor head injuries require an emergency call? Cardiac arrest is not the only cause of unconsciousness so why would I give CPR for that reason? I hope this feedback sheds light on your service and helps you make appropriate decisions that get people better informed.
