A more in-depth CPR training is definitely necessary. You must provide information on hand placement before even detailing CPR, as there must be instruction on how to even perform CPR so that the person knows exactly what is required of them. I also think a more thorough exam is necessary, as CPR saves lives and certification should be taken very seriously.
