Better videos to accompany the text would be nice. The angles of every video didn't give me as good of an idea of how to perform life saving actions as accurately as an in-person class would have. And for some people just instructions on where to put your hands can be confusing or not clear enough.

I love using the online site to recertify my CPR. The information is very informative and easy to get through. I only gave 4 stars though, because, not all employers accept the CPR online course as valid. So that means in a lot in of cases, one would have take and pay again through the employer of their chose.
